1. Cookies
We do not use tracking or third-party cookies.
We do not use any cookies other than those that are required by the website to function properly and no personal data is stored.
The cookies we do use are:
-
A cookie to store your consent to our cookie usage.
-
A cookie to store your authorization when you log in as organizer. It is deleted when you log out.
-
Cookies to store your authorizations to enter results for tournaments. Those expire after seven days.
2. Usage Data
We do not store or process any usage data, not even when you last logged in. It might be that there are server logs that contain usage related data but we haven't implemented means to interpret such data, nor do we plan to do so.
3. IP Address
We do not store or process your IP address. It is solely used for network communication purposes.
4. Account Data
When you create an organizer account we store the data that you intentionally enter and the time of creation on a server in Germany.
The different information serve distinct purposes:
-
Email address - May be used to contact you as tournament organizer when a tournament of yours seems to need correction of results or has incomplete results.
May also be used up to twice a year to seek for feedback about the current or future development of Tugeny and Tugeny Cloud.
We reserve the right to contact you via email in important, account related cases.
-
Password - Is saved encrypted and only used for your authentication.
-
Organization - Is displayed along with your tournaments to tell others who is responsible for those entries.
-
Sport, city, country - Are used as optional filter criterions for tournaments. Also, we may use this data to evaluate and publish where and how Tugeny is used.
- Account creation time - We use this to get an overview of how old accounts are and at what frequency and during which times accounts get created.
-
Admin notes - We may create a non-public note in your record that serves administrative purposes.
